Rick Yoos
(Founder)

In 1986, Rick Yoos founded Yoos Tree Service with a chainsaw, a passion for trees, and a relentless drive to raise the standards of safety and professionalism in the field.

Today, Rick remains an active leader in the company and the industry — a Crane Safety Instructor, NJ Board of Tree Experts contributor, and former President of the NJ Chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA).

He holds NJ Licensed Tree Expert #443 and NCCCO Nationally Certified Crane Operator #444140610, and continues to mentor the next generation of tree care professionals across the state.

Cody Yoos
(Operations Manager)

Cody started on the crew at age 14 and officially joined full-time at 19 after completing business courses at Atlantic Cape Community College.

With hands-on skills and a forward-thinking mindset, Cody has helped modernize the business with cutting-edge marketing, customer care systems, and operational improvements — all while being an NCCER Certified Crane Operator (#20674417) and NJ Licensed Tree Expert #723.

He combines deep technical knowledge with field experience to bring precision, safety, and the Yoos standard of excellence to every project.

Katie Yoos Morse
(Office Manager)

ISA Women's Tree Climbing Champion (2002 & 2003) • Operations & Customer Relations

A standout in the field, Katie Yoos-Morse won the NJ ISA Women's Tree Climbing Championship in 2002 and 2003 and represented the state internationally.

She brings unmatched insight into both tree care and office operations, overseeing IT, advertising, and client service — ensuring every customer experience reflects the care we put into our tree work.

Her dedication to customer care is a big reason Yoos Tree Service maintains its 5-star reputation across South Jersey.

Shawn Albert

Shawn is a core member of our leadership and field crew.

A NJ Licensed Tree Expert (#722) and NCCER Certified Crane Operator (#20671496), he brings years of climbing, crane work, and mentoring experience to every job.

He’s a go-to for tough removals, storm response, and training the next generation of tree care professionals.

Randy Eckman

Randy is an NCCER Certified Crane Operator (#20673992) whose precision crane work helps us remove massive or dangerous trees with safety and speed.

He’s a trusted presence on complex job sites and a key part of our crew’s ability to handle the toughest removals in South Jersey.
